After successfully passing the qualifying tests, Oxy is now one of four companies awarded a multi-annual contract by the SNCF for the renovation of 40% of the TER, AGC and TER2NNG fleet in France, representing around 1,000 trains.
Oxy’s future assignments in the SNCF technical centres will include removing laminates, repairing bodywork and external lamination on train carriages, and removing and replacing stickers inside in order to give these regional trains a second lease of life.
This large-scale contract, which should run up to 2030, is a testament to Oxy’s growing reputation in the rail sector, with a service that covers designs, production and on-site interventions.
