Oxy: change with continuity

Nathalie ROBIN hands over the family business to Sébastien TRAUTMANN, General Manager of Oxy, with the objective of perpetuating its spirit and values.

This change is in line with Oxy’s growth in recent years: A turnover doubled in 8 years, a workforce of nearly 100 people, a strong foothold in the industrial, aeronautical and railway sectors, a successful acquisition strategy in 2014 that allowed diversification into new sectors with flagship projects in museography, followed by the purchase of a second production centre in Aubagne in 2018, a permanent qualitative commitment to obtaining certifications, and the implementation, at the same time, of a CSR policy.

Transmission as a vector for acceleration

With 17 years of management alongside Nathalie ROBIN, Sébastien TRAUTMANN, the new President of Oxy, is already projecting the company towards new possibilities.

This has been achieved with the acquisition of 100% of Sud Laser in Marseille, a specialist in bus marking, which joined Oxy at the beginning of February 2022. This opportunity will represent a major asset in the diversification strategy of the company, which has ambitions in the promising market of the lamination of rolling stock.

A 100% French shareholding

Financed with the support of Crédit Agricole Alpes-Provence, LCL and CIC, Oxy’s capital will be held by ALLIANCE ENTREPRENDRE, a private equity management company affiliated with Natixis Investment Managers, CAPITEM PARTENAIRES, an independent investment structure, Sébastien TRAUTMANN, Adrien SAUTET, Oxy’s Commercial Director, and Nathalie ROBIN, who will sit on the Board of Directors.
