Dichroic is magic

Dichroic? It doesn’t roll off the tongue… but the medium is astonishing.

Dichroic film is an iridescent adhesive that changes its appearance depending on the viewing angle and the intensity of the light.

An innovation inspired… by the glassmakers of Antiquity! The first dichroic glass objects appeared centuries ago. Incorporating suspended metals, they were able to separate the beam of light passing through them to create colour-changing reflections.

New technologies have succeeded in reproducing these optical properties on decorative films combining design, aesthetics and surface protection.

We installed these films in rainbow hues in the common areas of a Nexity Studéa student residence.

We really like it, what about you?
